MBFF Sydney: Fashion Targets Breast Cancer- Runway for research
As you probably already know from my tweets last Saturday I attended Fashion Targets Breast Cancer – Runway for Research at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney. This parade was one of the most spectacular I’ve seen. Firstly, it was for a good cause – to raise funds for breast cancer research in young women. Secondly because of the fabulous collections themselves created by the leading Australian designers. I really enjoyed the show and the VIP experience thanks to HP Australia who organised a front row seat and took care of everything for me.
I left the show inspired, knowing that beauty can really change the world and that fashion is not only about the clothes we wear but can serve a much higher purpose – to save someone’s life!
PS. My outfit for the parade is here.
