Here are some images from my secret collection. It's been a while since I painted anything serious (nails do not count on this occasion!). So I put my creative juices into makings few quick fashion collages (remember these?). It's my way of translating and seeing fashion.

As you know, I've always been a big fan of monochrome and geo prints. Bright colours are fantastic but nothing creates more impact than black and white outfits. Right now we're rolling into an era of monochrome supremacy where no one will even remember neon.

Monochrome outfits look particularly good with bright red lips. Just one more thing to love about them!

Even though it's winter in Australia now, for someone like me who comes from Europe, it seems like summer. In fact, it's warmer then some European summers. Consequently, we haven't changed the way we spend our weekends. You can still find us at the beach doing the silly things we usually do.

The white AG jeans were such a great purchase. From Fashion Week to a summer outfit for a day at the beach, they go perfectly with almost anything! You can see more outfits with these jeans here and here.

By the way, in less then 20 days we're heading to Europe. If the weather is right, I'll be able to rock the whites on the other side of the world too!

Elizabeth Woolridge Grant, better known by her stage name Lana Del Rey, skyrocketed on the rooftop the musical stardrome. From YouTube videos to a style icon doing Vogue covers. I might be late to the party but the girl has a talent and... voice too. Amazing era we're living in. Digital era. Everything is possible and from unknown someone you can become celebrity. I can't say it will happen over night but over a year or two - yes, it's very possible. One thing you still got to have is talent! In anything. Then chose a medium that suits you and your talent best and go one to the eternal hall of worldwideweb fame.

As for me, I just wanted to show you this uncomplicated yet adorable outfit. I couldn't decide which bag would suit it best - red DVF Charlie or Chanel-esque quilted black bag? So I brought both to the event we were going to and we took photos with both of them too. Weeks later, I still couldn't decide which version to show you, so please enjoy both.

If you've been following this blog for a while, you'll know that I have a love-hate relationship with dresses. I'm always (like, literally ALWAYS) on the lookout for a perfect dress but rarely can I find the right one. Firstly, because I have a very particular taste and secondly, because the current cleavage to navel trend is just not my thing...

My perfect cocktail dress criteria are: chic, fitted and reasonably priced. Simple right? Well, in practice it's not as easy as it sounds.

Recently when I was approached to write a post about the cocktail dresses available in Westfield I happily agreed. Being an avid online shopper, I've somehow overlooked buying online from Westfield. Maybe because I visit it every second day in person. Online shopping has some undeniable advantages. You have much more choice, you can quickly check what's on sale and also you can check straight away if they have your size (while in the actual shop, you first need to hunt down a sales person to help you, then wait for them to check, locate your size etc). Thanks to God and web developers we can now forget all that and peacefully enjoy the delights of e-tail.

After spending some quality time in front of the laptop, I've found not 1 but 6 cocktail dresses that are simply perfect:

Animal print is such a controversial fashion subject... Wish I could say "Oh no! I don't wear animal print. It's too much, too much..." But I actually do and am thoroughly enjoying it too! Plus, I think this Maurie & Eve pair produces maximum impact when worn together. Yes, just like that - animal print head to toe. A perfect party outfit or... in my case, it was a fashion event. We shot these photos before the event for our secret art project which I am afraid will remain secret for various reasons. So it was decided at least to show you the photos. I think they look glorious!
