Fabulous Friday: neon and pastel nails

pastel nails how to, neon tips manicure, sydney beauty blog

This summer one of my favorite color combinations is pastels with a hint of neon. I thought of translating it onto my nails and the result appeared to be quite pretty. So I’m now sharing how to do it yourself with you my lovelies. Plus, as with all of my other DIY manicures, this one is really easy and quick to re-create.

HOW TO:

1. Apply two coats of light pink nail polish on each nail and let it dry

2. Paint a thin line of color along the tip of your nail. Use different colors for each nail. Repeat same color combination on another hand.

All done!

The beauty of this type of manicure is that it looks pretty even on very short nails (like mine at the moment). Plus if you make a mistake it’s easy to scrape off any excess polish from tips of your fingers.

xx

@Antonia-Ivana @Tegan – The OPI color is Sweet Heart (pink-nude-beige shade), you’ll need 2 coats though.
