I like traveling light whenever possible. When traveling for a fashion week and you need to look your very best. The main idea is to bring the minimum that will perform at its maximum. That’s when beauty product samples and tiny containers come handy. Everything large and heavy stays at home. Remember, we need to keep it under 7kg. In my case, the heavy exceptions are nail polishes. I pack the Inglot palette (image below) – as you can create dozens of looks with it. I also use taupe eye shadows for eye brows and pink as a blush. The only full size skincare product I bring along is Guinot Wrinkle Eraser system. Well, the name says it all “wrinkles aren’t allowed” and it has little in-built rollers to massage the cream in. So Guinot simply had to come!

Lancome cleansing water, Lancome Genefique youth activator, Guinot Acti-Rides Flash wrinkle eraser system, Clinique Superdefence moisturiser SPF 25, Prevage Night anti-ageing cream,  Neutrogena SPF+30, Glass nail file (carry-on-allowed)

Extra powerful combo to get that youthful look going on every day (even if you slept only 4 hours last night)

Clarins Instant Light illuminator, Chanel Lift Lumiere 20 Claire, Laura Mercier primer

Chanel foundation provides enough of coverage to eliminate the need for concealer and has such a great light texture that can applied under the eyes as well. Primer is a must to smooth your skin and ensure your makeup stays on.

inglot palette, australis mascara review, the best mascara for long lashes

Inglot palette (more about it here), Australis Killer Curves mascara, Lancome Hypnose

Australis Killer Curves is one of my favorites at the moment. Why? Because of long, nice looking and long lasting lashes.

Foundation, blush, eyeliner & eye shadow brushes, La Praire Translucent powder

I can’t live without my brushes so at least 4 of the most important had to come with me. La Praire loose powder is one of my favorite beauty products of all time.

Revlon Electric, Ultra 3 Blue Marlin and Orchid, Essie Meet me at sunset

I had my nails painted in pastel nude just before I left. I brought these in case I had an urge to create some nail art… in fact I did! Here is the evidence.

My favorite lipsticks again. Just because they are gorgeous :)

So this is my essential traveling skincare and makeup kit to ensure I look fresh and rested during Fashion Festivals. What are your go to beauty products to look your best my lovelies?

Great essentials!! I think it’s good to pack easy as possible when travelling, but have what you need so you don’t look a mess or need to go out and buy something that might not be the same as what you use or cost a fortune. Loved the nails!! Hope you have a great weekend doll! xx
