How to – Nails in Black and Gold

DIY nails, gold and black, statement nail, easy how to, beauty blog

The manicure I present you with today is really easy and quick to make. Black and gold is one of my favourite colour combinations, and it looks very dressy on nails too. Just perfect for the party season! Also, I love that with this type of manicure there are a few different patterns you can create. You can even alternate the patterns from finger to finger. The trick is to make the design quickly while the polish is still fluid.

HOW TO:

1. Apply one coat of black nail polish on each nail

2. Apply second coat black nail polish

3. Drop 3 drops of golden nail polish over black nail polish as pictured. Do not let them dry!

4. Without letting it dry, quickly scratch with a needle through all three dots. Repeat step 2, 3 and 4 with each nail.

Statement nails are one of the main beauty trends this year, so why not try this easy DIY manicure for one of your upcoming parties?

xx
