Welcome home party for Miss Universe Australia

Recently I attended a Welcome home party for Miss Universe Australia 2011 Scherri-Lee Biggs. It was first public appearance for Ms Biggs in Sydney since her return from international Miss Universe Pageant. An intimate event with bottomless champagne glass and a pop up makeup studio was held at Cherry Bar, The Star in Sydney.
A Perth-born beauty, Scherri-Lee was announced as the face of Nude by Nature, Australian natural makeup brand. She embraces a healthy philosophy on life and adopts the same beliefs to her beauty regime. It was a great pleasure to meet Scherri-Lee in person and have a chat about girly things. You would be amazed how down to earth and nice she is! She enjoyed her trip to Brazil (to compete for the Miss Universe title) but now is happy to be back home.
It was also great to meet Cindy from FashionablyYummy and Adeline from ThroughBeautyEyes at the event. We, bloggers, understand each other – there were plenty of uninterrupted tweeting, picture taking and testing new Nude by Nature products on that evening.
