While reviewing coverage of Fall 2012 New York fashion week, I stumbled across 10 Crosby Derek Lam‘s new collection. It is perfect for those who are looking to update their office wear in a rather creative way. Cozy turtle neck fluffy sweater, cropped cigarette pants, silk palazzo pants, wide leg in playful kitten print, woolen shorts and the famous tuxedo-stripe trouser in Prince of Wales check with a seventies flare leg.

These can be easily incorporated in your work wear wardrobe. Plus, it is so easy to style them. Pair with a plain business shirt, black jacket and add loafers to complete the look. Try peplum cardi instead of a traditional v-neck or  burgundy pleated skirt to replace black pencil skirt.  Business style does not need to be boring but chic and Mr Lam’s designs is the evidence.
