A Happy Birthday Story
Yep, I’ve just added one more year to my life tally. Looking back it was a strange year. A year of big victories and big disappointments. I learned a lot, laughed a lot and yes, cried quite a few times too. It’s just life, it can’t be all pink and smooth all the time. You can make it better, you can make it more beautiful but you can’t control everything around you. Life is like a river and sometimes you drift happily, sometimes you hit rocks…
Same as last year, the actual birthday day was a surreal mixture of high and low. On a positive side of things, I’ve received some amazing news which you’ll find out about as soon as next week. But on negative side, this blog was attacked again and I spent the last 5 days fighting for it. For this exact reason instead of having some celebrations I immersed myself into the html code. Oh, the wonderful and unpredictable life of a blogger!
My birthday outfit is still hanging waiting for me to wear it. And, I will fulfill my obligations later this week in Northern Queensland ! As for the Birthday, I’m celebrating it now and not just the date but new beginnings. With fresh mind and open heart, we’ll dive into another year full of adventures and discoveries.
