MBFWA – lets get it started
Today is the first day of Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week Australia (MBFWA). Most likely, as you’re reading this post I’m already ‘on site’ running from show to show. I’ve been waiting the whole year for this to happen… as you may know lovelies, last year I didn’t go to fashion week due to my baby bump and all the ‘joys’ associated with that.
This year, I’m thrilled to attend some of the best Australian designers shows as well as seeing new talent. I did my homework too – in addition to attending to each and every of hundreds of emails I also managed to put together a few looks specifically for MBFWA. Of course, blazers, heels, chains and my beloved woven DIY necklace (made it last night!) will play an important part in my outfits. They will be a bit dressier than my usual looks but when else can you go OTT and get away with it? It’s fashion week and the rules from my guide to dressing up for a fashion week are still valid.
