Summer in peach and fuchsia
Witchery skirt, top, sandals and earrings – vintage, Jigsaw belt, Tiffany&Co bracelet
Let today’s post be a summer look in fuchsia and peach. Regardless that Sydney’s weather does not look anything like summer at the moment. Say, last week we had one sunny day. So we gladly spent it in Manly. Where else would you go in Australia on a sunny Saturday but the beach? Yet this time there was no swimming, the water is still too cold.
For our little family adventure, I wore a maxi skirt (also seen here) with a silk shell top – very summery, very light. Recently, I’m loving combining different colors from the same range. This time it is fuchsia and peach or as you might have seen orange and pink here. Adding a little bit of shine with a silver belt, embellished heeled sandals, silver jewellery and unexpectedly emerald earrings made it all look a bit dressier. Hmm… thinking of wearing this ensemble to Christmas lunch too, if the weather will be nice to us.
P.S. Attention fashionable Australian readers! Only 3 days left to enter my Christmas giveaway! The prize is gooooorgeous! Plus, entering is easy – 3 clicks (or maybe just 1). No need to like, tweet, follow and dance simultaneously. Check it out here.

I know, this weather is awful! I hope it shapes up by Christmas… we’re planning a morning dip in the ocean followed by brunch back home on the verandah… all sunny day dependent!
Maria, I really like being able to see your whole post on the main page without necessarily having to skip through to the full post. For some really long ones I do click-through as well, but this design works really well here!
I hope you’re having a wonderful lead-up to the big day… And what about these expensive new shoes you’ve been tweeting about? Looking forward to the details!

I’m obsessed with that skirt, it’s absolutely gorgeous!
LOVE this outfit, that Witchery Skirt is so beautiful. They really hit the nail on the head with that design.
I love mixing shades in a colour family together too… the more warm shades or pink shades or grey shades together…. the better!
