All that glitters…

sequin dress, glitter miu miu pumps, fashion trend 2012, party looks, what to wear to new year eve party, sydney fashion blog

If you have been reading my blog for a while, you may already know that I have a thing for everything bright and shimmery. So I was endlessly pleased by the succession of metallic looks recent runway shows have been delivering. Sequins, embellishments and metallic prints… what else do you need to get you into a celebratory mood? Interestingly, this versatile trend works for night as well as for day. Add one sparkly piece to a plain look for a classic glamour or go ‘a-la Anna Dello Russo’ and wear sequins head to toe.

So I’m getting ready to dazzle in 2012 and hope you join ‘the shiny tribe’ too!
